Our team consists of Chemical and Process Engineers as well as Project Mangers who have many years of experience in design and implementation of equipment for the production of Coatings. The range of services we are able to provide include:- • Design - We can, from an initial briefing develop documentation ranging from a Process and Instrumentation Diagram and General Arrangement Drawing to a detailed Engineering Package containing design information and specification to progress forward to construction. • Project Management - In addition to the above we can provide Project Management services including:- • Co-ordination of sub-contractors • Co-ordination of equipment suppliers • Liaison with client appointed organisations • Overall Project Management • Inspection and witness of testing of new equipment • Site supervision and commissioning • Turnkey design and build – including process design, project management, procurement, installation and commissioning. In short our skill is our ability to design the manufacturing process, procure equipment, project manage effectively and install and commission both on time and with budget. Our approach at all times is to be pro-active. With experience gained through working for many major manufacturers worldwide means we have a thorough understanding of many different process techniques. We are not equipment manufacturers and therefore have the freedom to design the manufacturing process and then select the most appropriate equipment suppliers to suit the process. Our philosophy is always to ensure that our clients achieve best value for money both in design and procurement.
