SURFEX Limited have engaged the Harrogate Accommodation Service to assist exhibitors and visitors wishing to book accommodation during SURFEX 2010.

Accommodation bookings can be made as follows:

1. To make a reservation online or check availabilitu, log on to http://www.conferencebookings.co.uk/delegate; event code HGTSURFEX2010 
2. By emailing them your full contact details and requirements to reservations@harrogate.gov.uk
3. By telephoning or downloading and completing the Booking Form and returning it to: Harrogate Accommodation Service, Royal Baths, Crescent Road, Harrogate, HG1 2RR; fax: +44 (0)1423 537305; tel: +44 (0)1423 537304.
